Overview

At Kadav Homes and Systems Engineering (KHS Engineering), we are committed to delivering reliable smart home and security solutions. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery or installation. After 14 days, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The product must not be physically damaged.

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or configured smart home systems

  • Custom automation setups

  • Software licenses or downloadable products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Damaged products caused by misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are defective, damaged on delivery, or malfunctioning under normal use.

Installation Services

Service and installation fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue resulted from our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items.
